Just got to Sumach at 16:40. I had been thinking I might be sick, but I think I may just be dehydrated from the merry hell my body has been giving me since my colonoscopy.
I think I need to start being very careful again about what I eat and drink. But I’m just glad to have had an afternoon nap and be able to get out and have my first espresso of the day.
