I’m in Kamloops visiting with my in-laws and still need to work for a couple days and like my morning routine. Google helped me find Amplified, a little spot with nice espresso attached to the central library here. Nice coffee. Ordered a macchiato and got a cortado, but that’s pretty common, so I don’t even mention it to the barristas anymore.
Took the bus, which was an illustration of the terribleness of suburban transit, but it is what it is. My mother-in-law came and joined me for a bit and drove me to her place afterwards. Nice to be here with everyone.
Glad you’re having a good visit. Happy to say we have no snow her … and I’m OK with that.
